This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
All information below should be used by the web developer to correctly configure the website’s shipping section
MAIN SHIPPING CARRIER
PEAK MOTION works primarily with Mondial Relay as its official carrier for European deliveries.
Mondial Relay provides:
- Locker Delivery
- Point Relais Delivery (Pickup Points)
- Home Delivery (available in selected countries)
For countries where Mondial Relay does not operate, PEAK MOTION will ship using an alternative international carrier such as Colissimo, UPS, or DHL. In these cases, shipping prices are calculated automatically at checkout.

For all destinations not listed above, shipping will be handled by an alternative international carrier.
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
PROCESSING TIMES
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIMES (ESTIMATED)
- France: 2–4 business days
- Europe (Mondial Relay zones): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
TRACKING INFORMATION
All orders include tracking. Customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once the order has been shipped.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If a package is delayed or lost, customers must contact PEAK MOTION customer support. We will open an investigation with Mondial Relay or the alternative carrier.
PEAK MOTION is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Customs processing
- Strikes or carrier issues
- High seasonal demand
However, we always do our best to help resolve any issue.
