When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method:
- France: 2–4 business days
- Europe (Mondial Relay): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
PEAK MOTION works primarily with Mondial Relay, offering:
- Locker Delivery
- Point Relais Delivery (Pickup Points)
- Home Delivery (in selected countries)
For destinations where Mondial Relay does not operate, we ship using alternative carriers such as Colissimo, UPS, or DHL.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item has not been worn
- The item is undamaged and unwashed
- The original tags are attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
PEAK MOTION only covers return costs if the item is defective or if the wrong item was delivered.
Are the product photos accurate?
We make every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible.
However, small variations may occur due to:

- Lighting during photography

Are PEAK MOTION products unisex?
Some products are unisex.
The product page will clearly indicate whether the item is men’s, women’s, or unisex.

Yes.
PEAK MOTION ships to Portugal via Mondial Relay, offering Locker and Point Relais delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
If your country is not covered by Mondial Relay, we will use an international carrier. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return within the allowed period.
