RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PEAK MOTION, customer satisfaction is a priority. We aim to provide high-quality
products and a smooth shopping experience. The following Return & Refund Policy outlines.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Customers may request a return under the following conditions

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags/labels must be attached.
  • The item must be sent back in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Socks
  • Underwear / compression garments (if applicable)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, customers must:

1. Contact PEAK MOTION customer support at info@peakmotion.fit
2. Provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item if required

3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from PEAK MOTION.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • PEAK MOTION does not cover the return shipping fee unless the item is defective or
  • the wrong item was delivered.

Return methods must include tracking.
PEAK MOTION is not responsible for lost return packages.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued:

  • After the returned item is received and inspected
  • Within 5–10 business days
  • Using the original payment method

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • The item arrives damaged
  • Tags are missing
  • The product does not meet return conditions

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns:

  • Within 14 days
  • Item unused and in perfect condition

Customers must return the original item, and once received, PEAK
MOTION will ship the replacement item.

Shipping fees for the replacement may apply.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If the customer receives:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item
